It looks good, too, and if anything, I would just say make the "fins" longer
Though I like what you did with Ratatta, I just don't think it's really that necessary to have another form of a hardly used Pokemon. Otherwise, it's fine in terms of design
I like Medighandi as well, but I think it looks a bit too similar to Medicham, so maybe just change the face a tiny bit. But other than that, it's all good.
